How does your service work?
For Special
Events or Catering, simply contact me by
phone or email to discuss your needs. I will gladly offer you a written proposal depending on the services selected.

For Personal Chef and Meal Planning sevices, first we will meet and discuss your specific needs. This
includes food preferences, any allergies, intolerances or specific requests. We will then work together to select
your menu items for your first cook date. These are usually between 3-5 entrees with appropriate side dishes. Once
we establish your menu, we can decide on your first cook date and payment is made in advance of that date.
On the scheduled day, I will shop for the ingredients for your meals, come to your home with my own equipment and
prepare and package your meals. All I need is access to your kitchen, your stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer.
When I have completed your meals I will label them and provide you with complete heating instructions. Your kitchen
will be left sparkling clean and filled with the aromas of home-cooking.
Do I pay in advance of each cooking date?
Yes, payment for the service in advance of your event or
cooking date is required. Once we have established a regular cooking schedule, you may leave me a check for the
upcoming date on the day I am cooking for you.
Do you cook in my kitchen?
Yes, for Personal Chef and Meal Planning serivces, I will
prepare your meals in the safety of your own kitchen and clean up afterwards. On our agreed upon cooking date I
will bring the freshest ingredients, for your meals, along with my own equipment and prepare your meals on site.
How often will you come to my house to cook?
It is entirely up to you. We schedule the cooking dates
together and this depends on the type of service you choose. It can be weekly, every two weeks, monthly or for
special occasions. No long term contracts necessary.
